RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.
If you have received a damaged product or wrong product, please notify us with your order details and proof within 48 hours. We will get it picked up & deliver you a fresh piece. Missing product information should be given within 24 hours with a parcel opening video.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
- Note - a charge of Rs 100 will be charged on returns (defective or wrong products sent will have no return charges)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- What is the Exchange policy on GAB? You can raise a size exchange request by writing on WhatsApp (91-8533-965255) with ease, mentioning the new required size & the order no, and you will get a revert within 24 working hours. Once acknowledged by the team during the next working day, we will provide pickup services for size exchange only.
- For exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn & the tag should be intact, and the request should be raised within 2 days of delivery. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged a second time. The customer will be issued a credit note in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.
Any coupon applied while making the purchase is not considered in exchange/return.
Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.
Note - A charge of Rs 100 will be charged on returns (defective or wrong products sent will have no return charges).
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. The customer gets a credit note only when the desired size of the product is not in stock. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
Exchanges are only accepted if filed within 2 working days of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
- Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available? The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in the next 30 days on the GAB website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go. NOTE - DO NOT ASK FOR A NEW CREDIT NOTE IF EXPIRED.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do? If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges or alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available, we will offer you the option to get a credit note to buy something else.
Why is my exchange not accepted? We endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Exchange/Return is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the dress. We suggest that the customer read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.
Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be color variations, finish, and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor, for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
A 10-12% color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights. Please do not expect an exchange or return for the same.
Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
Note: There are no returns/exchanges & refunds on cushion covers , towels & bathrobes.
Note: Exchange shipping has to be paid by the customer.
